Back Watch

I sent a watch back to the seller to be fixed 2 years ago (it was under warrenty) and it was never returned?

I had just purchased the watch as an anniversery present for my hubby and the hand was stuck. They said they would fix it and send it back. I contacted the company several times by e-mail with no reply and finally just forgot about it, but suddenly just remembered! What should I do?

Try contacting them again…they ignore ya…phone the Police!
